Got the unit last week, tried to use it today and it would not power on. Fuse seems fine, the safety latch is depressed - faulty unit?
We had a family night to try it. So many flavors to chose from. Washed machine, very easy. Looked through everything, there was no scoop or cord in the box. The dome lid is well made. Where is the cord and scoop?? Ruined the night ?
Arrived ahead of time which is why it gets 2 stars. Was sooo excited to get the machine after reading all the reviews. First I cleaned it as recommended from the manuel, turned the power on let it run for 5 min, then went to turn on the heat and as soon as I did the whole machine stopped. We checked the breaker boxes, tried different outlets, checked the fuse on the machine.... nothing. Won't even power on now ?? soo disappointing. Hopefully I'll be able to get a replacement sent out cause I do not have money to just throw away. We really just want a working machineUpdate, customer service responded pretty quickly and was more than willing to help with the machine. We now have a working machine, happy with the purchase ?
I did have an issue with my first cotton candy machine, but the Vivo customer service was extremely responsive and was able to take care of my issue immediately. In this day and age, getting ANY customer service is rare, but Vivo provided extraordinary service!
I purchased this Machine for business purposes. Used it one time for an Event and now it won’t turn on. Currently waiting to hear from someone in regards to this matter :(
