Kit missing gloves and pants

I am annoyed that the kit was incomplete, missing the gloves and pants. Why did no one check the box before sending? I really needed it for a job and now I have to go through the return process, find a place to print the return label and drop it off and then find another suit. Not convenient or worth it.
